1. Find a project or ask the troop scoutmaster for a suggestion.

2. Go to EagleWorkbook.doc or to EagleWorkbook.rtf and download the Eagle Workbook.  This workbook form must be used.  Fill in the first three pages and get the proper approvals.

3. Once the project is approved by the Southbounder District Eagle Chairman you may begin your project.  Keep up with all the hours you and your assistants work.

4. Once the project is complete give the number of hours worked by each scout to the advancement chairman to record.

5. Complete pages 4 & 5 of the Eagle Project Workbook.

6. Get an offical Eagle application (Eagle App) and complete it.

7. Optain 5 letters of reference as stated on the eagle application.

8. Give the completed work book to the troop for final approval and then to the District Eagle Chairman to schedule your Board of Review.
